Paytrim mainly collects Personal Data directly from you when as part of the Service or interactions through the website, but we also collect Personal Data from publicly available sources, for example when performing checks associated with the prevention of money laundering.

On an ongoing basis during your relationship with us, Paytrim may use your Personal Data for the following purposes:

The processing is in some cases based on the legitimate interests pursued by Paytrim. This means that Paytrim is of the view that its interest in processing your Personal Data for the purposes listed above prevails the privacy violation that you are exposed to as a result of the processing. This conclusion from our balance of interest test is made especially due to the fact that (i) it is crucial for Paytrim to process contact information to a representative of Paytrim’s customers or supplier to facilitate our engagements; (ii) that the processing of your Personal Data is limited to the extent possible; and (iii) that you at any time may choose to opt-out from receiving communication from Paytrim.

4. Duration of processing

Paytrim will only processyour personal data for as long as it is required for the purposes set out inthis Privacy Policy, or as long as it is required for us to comply with anylegal obligations to which we are subject.

Paytrim may, instead of erasing your Personal Data, anonymize it so it cannot beassociated with or tracked back to you in any way.

5. Transfer of personal data

Paytrim may share your Personal Data with other Paytrim entities within the group and may also share your personal data with other parties which may receive and process it on behalf of Paytrim for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Paytrim may share your Personal Data with the following:

- third party suppliers and partners for the purposes of them providing services both to us and to you, such as IT-service providers or delivery service

- any regulatory, supervisory, or governmental authorities to the extent Paytrim are required by law or regulation to share your personal data, or in other limited circumstances (for example if required by a court order or regulatory authority, or if we believe that such action is necessary to prevent fraud) or to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.

Your personal data may be transferred to locations outside of the EU/EEA. When data is transferred to another country, Paytrim will ensure appropriate protection measures are taken in order to ensure a safe transfer, e.g., by using Standard Contractual Clauses with the recipient.

6. Rights of the data subject

If your Personal Data are incorrect or needs to be updated, you may at any time request that Paytrim correct or update the Personal Data by contacting Paytrim. You may also contact us if you no longer would like us to process your Personal Data, if you would prefer us to restrict our processing in any manner or if you no longer wish to receive information from us. Please note however, that an erasure of your Personal Data or a restriction of our processing of your Personal Data may mean that we will not be able to continue our engagement. In addition, you may receive a copy of the Personal Data relating to you and information regarding our processing of such personal data by requesting so. In such case, we will provide your Personal Data to you in a commonly used data format.

If you have any objections or complaints with the way Paytrim process your Personal Data, you have the right to report this to the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (“IMY”) which is the supervisory authority for our processing of Personal Data.
